No unit will be manufactured until payment has been made with proof of payment sent.

No delivery will be made without proof of final payment

Please allow 3-6 working days weeks manufacture time. Time may vary according to specialised units or

stock on hand. Rubymoonshine can not be held responsible for strikes; power failures; machine malfunctions or other such problems from suppliers causing delay in product manufacture.

Public holidays are taken as weekends whereby no work will be done.

Returns on any damaged units caused by delivery or manufacture malfunction will be accepted at

no extra cost, and repaired or replaced within a reasonable time frame. Rubymoonshine will not take responsibility for product damaged due to negligence or being mishandled by the customer. Products need to be used according to safety disclaimer and instructions attached to product. No other fuels may be used in the products, and Rubymoonshine will not be held responsible for any damage caused to units due to incorrect management of product.

All products remain the property of Rubymoonshine until such time as all payments are made.

Rubymoonshine is a registered Trademark name and reserves the right to use pictures

of products ordered for show purposes, website usage and presentations.
